Swag Schedule Sign-up
Cost: $500 | Free for t-shirt sponsors!
Are you interested in having ER&L point attendees to your exhibit table to collect your company-branded swag and start a conversation? ER&L will target traffic to the exhibit floor and identify a blended schedule of ER&L merch and vendor merch in the hall. Sign up for this sponsorship to be added to the attendee swag schedule. A description and either a photo or digital rendering of your swag item will be required to be considered for the list.
Entries are open to all exhibiting companies, and the form will close 8 weeks prior to ER&L 2027 or as soon as all hourly slots are filled.

Sponsor a Librarian to Attend ER&L Fest
Librarian Registration Fund Donation
In 2026, ER&L invested over $50K to librarians who needed financial support to attend in 2026.
Donate what you can in increments starting at $500 to fund librarian attendance.
This fund will defray registration and travel fees to support librarians with limited professional development funds. Your sponsorship dollars will enable librarians access to the ER&L conference and community. ER&L will manage all aspects of this fund — from applications to disbursement — and your company is associated with all the goodwill that enabling access to a professional peer community and conference can bring.

Sponsored Session
Cost: $5,000 | Quantity Available: 6 | Room Capacity: 90 + Online
Reserve an opportunity for a Live Session presented in Austin. The session will be available to in-person attendees and live-streamed to the online audience.
An exhibit table is not included with this sponsorship and must be purchased separately.

Sponsored Focus Group
Cost: $3,500 | Quantity Available: 3 | Room Capacity: 40
Reserve a small event room ready for your focus group in Austin. The focus group event will be offered to the Austin attendees only. Your organization provides expert content and meets ideal target audience requirements. From there, ER&L will guide your event with promotion and support to reach your target audience. ER&L will manage the RSVP form for the event.
Charges for any optional food & beverage will be billed to the sponsoring company post-conference. This focus group format will not be recorded.
An exhibit table is not included with this sponsorship and must be purchased separately.

- Half-day room rental with focus group set-up presented in Austin for up to 40 guests

Attendee Email List Rental
Cost: $2,500 | *Only available to exhibiting companies
This add-on is for exhibitors who wish to add the list of attendee email addresses to their booth order. The list will include names, organizations, job titles, and emails. It will be provided prior to the conference on February 8 and March 8, and after the final attendee list is tallied post-event. This rental is for a totl of 3 uses, 1 use with each list revision.

ER&L will place your ad in 1 newsletter email sent to current event attendees. Click-rate analytics will be provided.

Cost: $1,000
ER&L will place your ad in 1 newsletter email sent to our current contact database of 6,000+ recipients. Click-rate analytics will be provided.

ER&L will post your ad on the home screen of our website, electroniclibrarian.org. The ad can link to a URL of your choice. Click-rate analytics will be provided at the end of the 30-day posting period.
