In-Person Sponsored Session

Cost: $5,000 – SOLD OUT

Reserve an opportunity for a Live Session presented in Austin. The session will be available to in-person attendees and recorded for the online audience. An exhibit table is not included with this sponsorship and must be purchased separately.

A lanyard with your company logo co-branded with ER&L’s stays with every attendee throughout ER&L 2026. This sponsorship includes placing your logo on all ER&L attendee lanyards.

Conference Bags

This sponsorship places your logo on an official ER&L attendee 2026 conference bag. Provide ER&L with print materials (optional) and we’ll hand that out with your co-branded bag, too! Your organization name/ logo and materials will be a marquis attendee gift at ER&L and one they’ll carry around during and long after the conference.

Water Bottles

This sponsorship includes placing your logo on a conference water bottle. Your water bottle will be carried around all week, and your branding will greet attendees. Each bottle is hand-delivered to our attendees with your promotional materials (optional) during our popular attendee gifting hours in the exhibit hall.

This sponsorship supports the Poster Session and the conference attendee break occurring at the same time. It includes a dedicated in-person app announcement inviting attendees to the poster session break and to visit your booth.

Live DJ Dance Break

This sponsorship connects your company with a fun and lively DJ set during the ER&L conference. Our returning DJ will entertain our librarian attendees for an afternoon dance break. Show your support for the community and the working professionals in it with a dedicated music/ dance break. It includes a dedicated in-person app announcement inviting attendees to watch the live DJ dance break and to visit your booth.

Accessibility Supporter

ER&L has had a long history of supporting remote access to our conference since our earliest meetings over 20 years ago. Promote your ​company as an inclusion leader and contribute to​ inclusive services. This sponsorship contributes to the cost of captions, sign language interpreters, and the recording of the conference.

Registration Award Supporter

This sponsorship will defray registration and travel fees to support librarians with limited professional development funds. Your sponsorship dollars will enable librarians access to the ER&L conference and community. ER&L will manage all aspects of this award — from award applications to disbursement — and your company is associated with all the goodwill that enabling access to a professional peer community and conference can bring. 

Add-Ons for Exhibitors

These add-ons are available for purchase by 2026 exhibiting companies only.

Attendee Email List

Cost: $2,500 – SOLD OUT

This add-on is for exhibitors who wish to add the mailing list to their booth order. The list will include emails. It will be provided prior to the conference on February 2 and February 25, and after the final attendee list is tallied post-event.

Email Ad to Attendees

Cost: $750 |  Unavailable

This add-on is for exhibitors who wish to place an ad in 1 ER&L newsletter email sent to current event attendees.

Print Program Book Ad

Cost: $1,250 – Full Page  |  $750 – Half Page – SOLD OUT

This add-on is for exhibitors who wish to place an ad in the printed Program Book for onsite attendees. Ads will be printed in full color and in the hands of every on-site attendee. 

Onsite Meeting Room Rental

Cost: $1,000/day |  Unavailable

This add-on is for exhibiting companies to rent space in the conference center for a staff office or other private business meetings. This add-on includes one basic room set with draped tables and chairs. AV and food and beverage are not included.
