Discounts for Groups

If you are registering 3 or more individuals from the same organization for an Early Bird or Regular Rate ticket, a credit will be applied to each ticket in the purchase.

  • Tickets must be registered together for the same type of attendance; the discount cannot be used for a combination of in-person and online tickets.
  • Tickets must be registered in the same transaction to qualify for the discount.
  • Refunds will not be processed for individuals registering separately from the group.
  • A minimum of 3 tickets must be purchased at that time to qualify for the discount.
  • Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email to their email address entered at the time of registration.
  • Payment via credit card or via offline payment option must be made in one payment.

Discounts for Presenters

Presenters will be able to attend the conference at the discounted rate of $650. ER&L makes a commitment that all accepted presenters can participate in ER&L, regardless of their ability to pay. Details  will be provided to accepted presenters in the presentation acceptance letters in November.

Discounts for Exhibitors

  • Exhibiting companies will receive 2 complimentary registration badges to the conference.
  • Additional badges can be purchased at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
  • The only discounting for additional tickets is the posted group rates. Exhibitors are encouraged to use the group registration when registering 3 or more reps, in addition to their 2 complimentary tickets.

Discounts for Volunteers

Details about volunteer opportunities will be posted in late Spring 2026.

ER&L acknowledges that the cost of attending a conference may not be included in every individual’s or library’s budget. A reduced registration rate is available for those who commit to volunteering up to 12 hours at the ER&L conference. Both in-person and virtual roles are available. We will accommodate as many people as we can.

The ER&L Team will email you within 45 days of your application to confirm your participation and provide you with a custom discount code for registration. Final role assignments and training will be provided after January 1.
