Volunteers are the not-so-secret ingredient at ER&L. The ER&L conference is a friendly, niche, community-driven event created through the efforts of a dedicated team of libraryland volunteers and a small yet mighty staff led by our librarian founder.

Our community is rich with knowledge in so many different ways. Our committee members and conference volunteers lend their own unique perspectives to our community. The opportunities to volunteer with ER&L are listed below.

ER&L onsite volunteers are the magic that makes the conference come to life. ER&L offers flexible discounts for volunteers to meet budget shortfalls. The volunteer opportunities include:
