For exhibiting companies looking to expand their participation in the conference, we are pleased to offer these sponsored speaking opportunities. These packages will include promotion to our attendees and vendor access to the email mailing list. 

Sponsored Session LIVE

Cost: $6,000

Reserve one of just 4 opportunities for a Live Session presentation on the main stage. This session will be presented live with on-camera Q&A in one of just 4 planned content blocks at ER&L. The ER&L program will hold 1 live stream of the sessions and we’ll be tackling big questions in libraries in dynamic content blocks of programming. Join the program on the main stage with a live 20-minute session with a moderated Q&A session.

  • 20-minute session in a content block (unopposed to other live content)
  • Sponsored Session will be woven into the program and will conclude with on-camera Q&A
  • ER&L organizer support to align session with other presenters in the content block
  • Session placement in official conference program including session description and presenter(s)

Secure a full conference session in the ER&L official program. Vendors may supply a 20-minute pre-recorded session and participate in an on-platform text-based Q&A.

Sponsored Short Talk PRE-RECORDED

Cost: $3,000

Secure a short talk presentation in the ER&L official program. Vendors may supply an 8-minute pre-recorded file and participate in an on-platform text-based Q&A.

Attendee Registration Awards

Cost: $3,000

For a company interested in directly supporting librarians, our registration sponsorship is an excellent option. This sponsorship does not require the purchase of a Virtual Exhibit Booth.

Your funds will purchase 10 conference registration and award promotions in your name co-branded with ER&L. The members of our volunteer Grants and Awards committees will be the librarian peers of the applicants and select the winners. ER&L will manage and promote the award to our 5000 member list of active eresources professions and to the ERiL library listserv. This option funds librarian education at an important time in our field. ER&L can facilitate a zoom meet and greet with the winners to virtually gather up for a group photo at your request.
