Registration Process
Confirmation emails will be sent to each attendee’s email address and the ticket buyer, if different from the attendee. FAQ regarding payments, cancellations, and ticket changes can be found here.
For each attendee, specific questions will be asked to help conference organizers plan for their needs and experiences. Providing accurate responses to these questions is essential for the organizers to ensure a successful event.
🛑 If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please have the answers to the following questions:
- Do you have any accessibility needs or accommodations we should be aware of? If yes, please list the specific needs.
- Do you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we should be aware of? If yes, please list the specific needs.
- Networking opportunities will be available during the conference. Would you be interested in connecting with other attendees on specific topics?
- If the opportunity for a conference t-shirt is available, would you be interested in receiving one? If so, please indicate the size.
- How many years have you been in the library or e-resources industry?
- How many times have you attended ER&L?
- I understand that I will be receiving information from ER&L and conference sponsors via email and may opt out at any time.
- I confirm that I have read the conference Code of Conduct statement.
To find your tickets once purchased:
- Check your email inbox and spam folder for your confirmation email.
- If the tickets are not in your email, use the Eventbrite Find My Tickets tool.
Discounts for Organizations
For the Online Conference, if you register 3 or more individuals from the same organization, please select the “Online Conference-Group” ticket type. This allows for a discount per ticket with at least 3 tickets purchased.
- A credit is already applied to the cost of the ticket purchased in that transaction.
- Tickets must be registered together in the same transaction to qualify for the discount.
- A minimum of 3 tickets must be purchased at that time to qualify for the discount.
- Refunds will not be processed for individuals registering separately from the group.
- Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email to the email address entered at the time of registration.
- Payment via credit card or offline payment option (wire transfer or mailed check) must be made in one payment.
- Does not apply to the Pre-Sale or Late registration type.
- For the Online Conference ONLY.
Discounts for Volunteers
Updated December 19, 2025: We have reached the capacity of volunteer applications.

ER&L acknowledges that the cost of attending a conference may not be included in every individual’s or library’s budget. A reduced registration rate of $295 (In-Person) or $195 (Online) is available for those who commit to volunteering up to 12 hours at the ER&L conference. Both in-person and virtual roles are available. We will accommodate as many people as we can.
The ER&L Team will email you within 45 days of your application to confirm your participation and provide you with a custom discount code for registration. Final role assignments and training will be provided after January 1.
