What is a 5K Your Way?

We’re so excited you’re considering making time for this wellness activity during the conference.

Our 5K is a challenge to run, walk or get moving during ER&L. We’re not keeping score, but we would like to challenge you to take time for you, to connect with nature, and to enjoy life away from the computer screen.

So, we’re asking you to set aside some time for Wellness at ER&L. Here are some options to consider:

  • A traditional 5K run or walk at your own pace.
  • Shoot for a 5K over the conference, maybe a new route for 1 mile a day for 3 days.
  • Dust off your exercise equipment and do a bike ride or row.

There is no pressure here. Only a reminder to you and ourselves to enjoy the outside.
