Volunteers are the not-so-secret ingredient at ER&L. The ER&L conference is a friendly, niche, community-driven event created through the efforts of a dedicated team of libraryland volunteers and a small yet mighty staff led by our librarian founder.

Our community is rich with knowledge in so many different ways. Our committee members and conference volunteers lend their own unique perspectives to our community. The opportunities to volunteer with ER&L are listed below.

This is a larger commitment spanning at least one calendar year.

ER&L acknowledges that the cost of attending a conference may not be included in every individual’s or library’s budget. The volunteer opportunities include:

Moderators
Registration Desk Attendants
Session Reporters
Pre-Conference Set Up
Social Event Host

In-person and Virtual roles are available.
