Welcome ER&L Fest Attendees!

Use the PheedloopGo! App for the most up-to-date access to the conference.

Download: Search “PheedloopGo!” in the app store on your mobile device or click here.

Log In: Use the email address you used to register. You will receive a one-time numeric code to log in. Select the 2026 ER&L Fest icon to access the conference in the app.

Use the app to:

  • access the full conference schedule,
  • build your own personal schedule,
  • read the daily announcements from ER&L,
  • explore the list of exhibitors and sponsors in Austin,
  • check out what’s happening with the online attendees in the Lobby Chat,
  • share your experience in Austin with other attendees by posting photos on the Event Feed.

Arriving in Austin

If you’re arriving via air travel, you’re likely to fly into Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS) Airport at 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719.

The airport interactive map can be found here. There are various ground transportation options from Uber/ Lyft/ taxis/ rental cars outside of baggage claim.

Arriving at the Conference Facility

ER&L takes place at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center at 1900 University Avenue, ​Austin, TX 78705. The facility has great maps to navigate the space here.

If you’re staying at the hotel, the registration/ guest check-in desk is available on the conference side of the hotel, Level “L”

Visiting the ER&L Registration Desk -> New location!

The ER&L Registration Desk is on the “M1” level of the AT&T Conference Center. 

You’ll be greeted by our onsite volunteers and team. Say hi to our friends at UT-Austin Libraries, who’ll likely be the friendly faces greeting you at the registration desk. In addition to your badge, we’ll provide attendees with a printed conference program and other fun giveaways.

📍 From the hotel, walk across the courtyard and go downstairs to the M1 level using the elevator or stairs. Then follow the signs to proceed towards the Zlotnik Lobby. The Registration Desk is at the bottom of the escalator.

Registration Desk Hours

  • Sunday, March 1: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Monday, March 2: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday, March 3: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday, March 4: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

Orienting to the ER&L Conference Space

After you visit registration for your badge, we encourage you to take a 15-20 minute walk through the conference center to find the location of:

  • Registration Desk (Zlotink/ M1)
  • Grand Ballroom (M3) – Keynote Session room
  • Exhibit Hall (Zlotnik/ M1) 
  • Tejas Dining Room (M2) – Morning breakfast room for all attendees
  • Location of your first session after the keynote, when the hallways will be bustling
  • Restrooms, including All-Gender Restrooms 
  • Nursing/Pumping Room (inquire at the Registration desk if you require this space)
  • Water Bottle refilling stations
  • Stairways / Elevators and Ramps to move from level to level

WiFi

Wireless internet access is available to all attendees in the AT&T Center. Our experience is that this bandwidth is robust and at full strength in all locations, including session rooms and the exhibit hall.

Food & Beverage

Attendees should be sure to take advantage of breakfasts and the continuous snack and beverage service during the conference. You are welcome and encouraged to grab the beverages and snacks as needed. Please take a beverage and snack with you for a meeting in the courtyard between the hotel and the conference center or in any of the generous seating areas.

Daily Breakfast

A plentiful breakfast buffet will be available to all registered attendees and exhibitors on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 am in the Tejas Dining Room (M2). This breakfast is included in your registration ticket. 

Breakfast items include a variety of eggs, pancakes, waffles, crepes, breakfast meats, steel-cut oats and toppings, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juices, and more. 

Restaurants & Coffee Shops

If you’re looking for a meal or snack during lunchtime or outside of the provided options at ER&L:

Health Guidelines @ ER&L

Before ER&L, don’t travel if you’re sick. Bring a mask. Pack a COVID test. Wash your hands. Travel with a personal hand sanitizer. Cough or sneeze in your arm.​

During ER&L, check in with yourself. If you’re not feeling well, stay in your hotel room and test if you get sick in Austin. We’ll bring you a test if you don’t have one. Extra masks can be found at the Registration Desk on M2. Respect attendee masking choices.​

After ER&L, be a responsible member of our community and let us know if you get a COVID-19+ test result.

Update Your Profile

After you log in, click the image in the top left corner to edit your profile. This will be public to all attendees. You can also opt out of receiving direct messages from other attendees or hide your profile altogether.

Note: If you hide your profile and you are a speaker, you will no longer appear as a speaker in the app or website.

Build Your Schedule

In the Schedule section, click the + icon to add sessions to your personal schedule. 

The ER&L Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced. If you see a CoC violation on the Event Feed, please email hello@electroniclibrarian.org promptly.

Accessing the Online Conference Platform

💻 Log into the Online Conference Platform

The Online Conference Platform isn’t just for online attendees! All registered attendees have full access to the platform before, during, and after the conference. This platform will also serve as your Archive of the 2026 conference. Simply log in with the email address you used to register.

  • Did you wake up in Austin and need a few extra minutes in your room?
    Log onto the platform to watch the live stream until you’re ready to head down to the conference center.

  • Are you not feeling well and thinking you should stay in your hotel room for the day?
    Log into the platform to watch the live stream or one of the pre-recorded sessions. Participate in Q&A directly from the platform or the app.

  • Had to head to the airport early, or couldn’t get to all of the sessions you wanted to attend in Austin?
    All content presented in Austin will be available to watch on-demand on the platform starting March 9. 

Feedback to the ER&L Organizers

It’s a privilege to host you at ER&L. We want you not only to attend interesting sessions but also to have fun, build relationships, and make a memory or two. We are always open to improving our logistics and our processes to support you better.

If you can’t find what you need on this page or our website, please let us know. We’ll update these pages for everyone’s benefit. We are a small three person team and a fleet of librarian volunteers who work all year round for this conference. All feedback is welcome and is especially instructive when delivered in a balanced, solution-oriented, neutral, and kind manner.

When presented post-ER&L with a survey, kindly complete the survey. We are grateful for your feedback. We view it as a gift, and we read every study and review it in detail to inform our decisions going forward into future conferences.

ER&L’s Code of Conduct applies to all conference participants. We encourage all attendees to familiarize themselves with it.
